For online booking of the TriSport:

• Select your mountain bike(s)
• Select the TriSport supplement that matches, bringing the mountain bike rate to the TriSport price, namely:
• TriSport 20
• TriSport 25
• TriSport 36

Our TriSport = Ride + River + Run = A triathlon in vacation mode!

We provide all the equipment you need for the course:

• For paddling, you will have a canoe or kayak + paddle + vest + bottle
• For biking, you will have a mountain bike in your size + helmet + lock
• For walking, we give you nada!
• For everything, we provide:
• the course map
• access to a GPS app to navigate it
• a briefing at each step.

Fun and playful, but a challenge nonetheless!

You are not timed unless you do it yourself, and following the guidelines, you will have plenty of time to complete it in one day, even with navigation breaks, picnics, and swimming.

Regulations + instructions:

• Start between 9 am and 11 am
• Exit the river before 5 pm
• Be able to swim 25m and submerge
• Recommended for persons 10+ years old
• Have a sufficient sports level
• Know how to mountain bike (beginner level is enough)
• Wear closed sports shoes
