For online booking of TriSport:

• Select the TriSport supplement that corresponds, bringing the mountain bike price to that of TriSport, namely:

Our TriSport = Ride + River + Run = A triathlon in vacation mode!

We provide all the equipment you need for the course:

• To paddle, you will have a canoe or kayak + paddle + vest + bottle
• To pedal, you will have a mountain bike suited to your size + helmet + lock
• For walking, we provide nada!
• For everything, we provide:
• the route map
• access to a GPS app to navigate it
• a briefing at each stage.

Fun and playful, but still a challenge!

You are not timed unless you do it yourself, and following the instructions, you will have plenty of time to complete it in a day, even with navigation breaks, picnics, and swimming.

Regulations + instructions:

• Start between 9 AM and 11 AM
• Exit the river before 5 PM
• Know how to swim 25m and submerge
• Recommended for people aged 10+
• Have a sufficient fitness level
• Know how to ride a mountain bike (beginner level is sufficient)
• Wear closed sneakers
