2nd year of renting a bike here. Simple and efficient booking and collection. Never had a problem nor a puncture..! Hundreds of metres of elevation and kms of distance.

I rented the Alpha Thunder for three days and I was really happy with my choice. The bike is equipped with a Shimano 105 and disc brakes which make it suitable for the mountains. Furthermore, the Alpha Thunder runs really smoothly and feels stable downhill. I also have to point out the service of this shop: The owner really took his time to answer all of our questions and to give us some hints for our tours.

I rented an e-MTB for two days, and the service was excellent from start to finish. At my request, they fitted the bike with SPD pedals and a mount for my Garmin bike computer, which I really appreciated. The battery was fully charged and had more than enough capacity for the rides I had planned, including the climb up the Sarenne. On the first day, the tires were slightly underinflated, but this was taken care of and was perfect on the second day. Great service, very friendly staff, and I highly recommend them if you need a bike in the Le Bourg-d'Oisans area.

Excellent service- very happy with quality of bike for price paid. They were very helpful and incredibly friendly when got bike and returned it. They ensured bike was exactly set up for my height. Also allowed me for 7 euros to collect late afternoon before rather than 9am opening next day. Speak excellent English and highly recommend.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Despite being small and busy they provided personal service. We rented bicycles and they were the highest quality around and well cared for. The staff were very excited for us to enjoy a bike ride and please to hear how we used them. For this reason alone I would return to the region and stay longer, as long as I could rent bicycles from them!
