I rented the Alpha Thunder for three days and I was really happy with my choice. The bike is equipped with a Shimano 105 and disc brakes which make it suitable for the mountains. Furthermore, the Alpha Thunder runs really smoothly and feels stable downhill.

We hired an electric road bike for 4 days for my wife. I am a professional bicycle mechanic and in my opinion the bike was very well maintained and we had no problems during the hire period. The shop took time to ensure the bike fitted my wife and explained how everything worked to her. I highly recommend this shop.

I rented an e-MTB for two days, and the service was excellent from start to finish. At my request, they fitted the bike with SPD pedals and a mount for my Garmin bike computer, which I really appreciated. The battery was fully charged and had more than enough capacity for the rides I had planned, including the climb up the Sarenne.
On the first day, the tires were slightly underinflated, but this was taken care of and was perfect on the second day.
Great service, very friendly staff, and I highly recommend them if you need a bike in the Le Bourg-d'Oisans area.

Excellent service- very happy with quality of bike for price paid. They were very helpful and incredibly friendly when got bike and returned it. They ensured bike was exactly set up for my height. Also allowed me for 7 euros to collect late afternoon before rather than 9am opening next day. Speak excellent English and highly recommend.
