Amazing service! We we're stuck for a few hours without a car and hired e-bikes. The attendant was very helpful and gave us a canal route to follow and even went with us on a bike for the first few minutes to make sure we were on the correct route. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

This is a superlative bike shop. Despite being a luxury brand, the staff care about cycling and go out of their way to help even if you don’t ride a Giant. Good people. So nice in fact I might start saving and buy one of their bikes :-)

Excellent experience, I highly recommend it!! I dropped by without an appointment because of a rubbing/noise problem on my bike. The technician there took about thirty minutes to disassemble and grease the entire drivetrain and rear wheel components, and the problem was solved. Best of all, he did it for free! I won't hesitate to go back to Bikesport for my bike maintenance.

I went in twice without an appointment to tighten a handlebar and to change some pedals. They took me in right away and did the repairs promptly and professionally. I highly recommend them.
