A very easy review: I contacted them via a form on their website and they got back to me very quickly. We were going to be near the shop the subsequent week and they reserved a slot to help me out with two issues with my gravel bike. All done neatly, swiftly, professionally and friendly. Correct price too! Of all the bike places in Le Coustellet, and the wider region, this is the one to go to.

Great service, friendly, helpful, good prices and no waiting time. We will definitely come back here if we require anything bike related. The owner helped us multiple times today. First we bought replacement tubes and a rim band for our bicycles. We struggled with putting the tire back on so we returned. The owner put the tire back on and showed us how to do it. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and friendly host! Will definitely come back here to rent bikes. We rented 2 electric bikes and child trailer. The bikes were in great condition and already assembled when we arrived. They even helped us attached our son’s bike to the trailer so we could take it on the ride. The shop is conveniently located near the trail so it is very easy to start our ride.

Bike Station has a very cool vibe, top (new) equipment, and excellent customer service. I really like going there to rent a bike--Julien gives me a warm welcome, answers my questions, and sends me on my way with a great bike. I will rent from Bike Station again and again. The location is convenient and the service excellent!
