We hired two kayaks this morning from the lovely team at Flow, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were really responsive on WhatsApp and kindly reserved the kayaks for us in advance. When we arrived, they provided everything we needed — a clear map, phone holders, water bags, and all the safety gear — and even helped us down to the water’s edge, which is right by their shop. It has such a friendly, family feel, and you can tell how proud they are of their business — and rightly so! If we’re ever back this way, we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks so much!

We rented kayaks and honestly it was the most hustle free experience ever! The kayaks were super clean, packed carefully for easy setup. We were given waterproof bags and phone covers without asking for those, so I love like they think ahead for you to make your experience with peace of mind. We also got laminated maps and trip guidance, so we had the best time ever! The equipment was like brand new, really well maintained - they unpack, clean and pack it back themselves after each use, what a service!

We had a great experience with Bike&Water Flow❤️ We rent bikes for two days, they were delievered directly to our hotel in Silves. The bikes were in perfect condition. The staff was so helpful and friedly. They advised us the best routes around Silves. We had the unforgetable moments in Portugal thanks to this agency. We highly recommend them to everyone!

We booked the Guided Kayak & SUP Caves Tour with Bike & Water Flow honestly had one of the best days on our trip. From the moment we arrived, Daniela and Maísa were incredible super friendly, professional, and full of energy. They made sure we were comfortable and safe the whole time, while still encouraging us to explore and step a little outside our comfort zones. The tour itself was breathtaking. We explored hidden sea caves along the Algarve coast places you just don’t see unless you’re on the water and early enough to have it to ourselves truly private.The views were unreal, and paddling into the caves was such a surreal experience. At one point we even got to rub natural local clay on our skin it was refreshing, fun, and totally unexpected! Daniela and Maísa made the experience even more special. They checked in with us constantly, shared loads of local knowledge, and somehow managed to snap amazing photos of the whole adventure too. Their energy was infectious, and we honestly felt like we were in great hands the entire time. Also… not to brag, but me and my son definitely beat them in the race at the end 😉. This was the perfect way to get the kids out of their comfort zone while having a fun, safe, and unforgettable family day. We’re already looking forward to doing it again, and just want to say a massive thank you Daniela and Maísa. You were amazing! and great sprites. Hope to do it again!!!!
