Ready-to-use kayak (inflated) – Pick up your kayak at our shop, fully set up and ready to launch directly into the Arade River, 100 meters from our shop. Perfect for an easy and immediate start and paddle along Ferragudo to hidden spots at the end of the river.
Kayak in a backpack (deflated) – see images for reference – Take the kayak packed in a backpack, including all gear (pump, paddles, life jackets, waterproof bags, phone cases, etc.). Compact and easy to transport by car or transport apps like Uber, Bolt, or taxi. Ideal for exploring Benagil, Praia da Marinha, João d’Arens, or any other location. Inflating the kayak takes about 10 minutes, and we provide clear step-by-step instructions to make setup quick and easy.

We booked the Guided Kayak & SUP Caves Tour with Bike & Water Flow honestly had one of the best days on our trip. From the moment we arrived, Daniela and Maísa were incredible super friendly, professional, and full of energy. They made sure we were comfortable and safe the whole time, while still encouraging us to explore and step a little outside our comfort zones.
The tour itself was breathtaking. We explored hidden sea caves along the Algarve coast places you just don’t see unless you’re on the water and early enough to have it to ourselves truly private.The views were unreal, and paddling into the caves was such a surreal experience. At one point we even got to rub natural local clay on our skin it was refreshing, fun, and totally unexpected!
Daniela and Maísa made the experience even more special. They checked in with us constantly, shared loads of local knowledge, and somehow managed to snap amazing photos of the whole adventure too. Their energy was infectious, and we honestly felt like we were in great hands the entire time.
Also… not to brag, but me and my son definitely beat them in the race at the end 😉.

My son and I have never used e-bikes before but Bike Flow were fantastic. They helped us initially over email, then on the day selecting bikes and helping to find a route. We had a lovely ride from Ferragudo across to Portimao and along the harbour/reserve. Bikes were amazing!! Recommend this company to anyone.

My daughter and I had an absolutely incredible time kayaking and snorkelling along the river. I booked last minute the day before after being let down by another provider, I messaged via WhatsApp and the ladies were so helpful in booking the equipment hire. When we arrived they were so lovely, put us both at ease, explained everything we needed to know. We stopped at the first beach and had some lunch then carried on down the river, 4 hours was the perfect amount of time to not rush and explore the area on and off the kayak. I cannot recommend Bike and water flow highly enough! Unforgettable experience made so easy!

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.

We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
