We hired two kayaks this morning from the lovely team at Flow, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were really responsive on WhatsApp and kindly reserved the kayaks for us in advance. When we arrived, they provided everything we needed — a clear map, phone holders, water bags, and all the safety gear — and even helped us down to the water’s edge, which is right by their shop. It has such a friendly, family feel, and you can tell how proud they are of their business — and rightly so! If we’re ever back this way, we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks so much!

We had a great experience with Bike&Water Flow❤️ We rent bikes for two days, they were delievered directly to our hotel in Silves. The bikes were in perfect condition. The staff was so helpful and friedly. They advised us the best routes around Silves. We had the unforgetable moments in Portugal thanks to this agency. We highly recommend them to everyone!

We rented kayaks and honestly it was the most hustle free experience ever! The kayaks were super clean, packed carefully for easy setup. We were given waterproof bags and phone covers without asking for those, so I love like they think ahead for you to make your experience with peace of mind. We also got laminated maps and trip guidance, so we had the best time ever! The equipment was like brand new, really well maintained - they unpack, clean and pack it back themselves after each use, what a service!
