The bike shop owner is a really nice guy. I came here because I forgot to mount the correct cassette at home and needed a new one. I had to wait some minutes because he took care of other customers. There were customers with broken spokes, flat tubeless tires and some other bike issues. And he really tried to find a good solution with the customer interests in mind. I got the cassette I wanted and because I do not had the time to come back later, I asked if I could use his tools to change the cassette by my own. He gave me a bike maintainance stand and the tools and so I could change the cassette. Kudos to the owner, hope he will have a lot of success and will lead his business in a way he deserves! :-)

Came to the area with insufficient gearing for the big hill and hoped to find another cassette. We walked in with the bike, explained, and fifteen minutes later left with the desired cassette, expertly installed. A great experience!

Came in with my bike and a non-functional rear disc brake — absolutely essential around here. The staff were super helpful, spoke English, and fixed the issue quickly for a fair price. Great service!

Extremely accommodating and skilled techs on site. They carry essentials plus Garmin products, high end bikes from Factor. They are exceedingly helpful and quick with repairs. They also speak very good English, so that may be a help if you are a tourist in the area.
