I went to this shop on the recommendation of a sales assistant at Decathlon because I had a problem with my bike that I needed to sort out urgently. I had a race in Seville on Sunday, and it was Wednesday. On Thursday morning, the manager rang me to say he’d sorted out the problem. That’s simply brilliant. I had a puncture in one of the tyres on my sports wheelchair and I had to catch a flight that very day. I rang them in advance and was told to come straight away. After the flight, I noticed that the brake disc on my bike was bent. Luckily, I found this bike repair shop on the map and went there to sort out the problem. The two young lads there spoke English and immediately understood the problem; they said they’d try to fix it that same day. A few hours later, I received a message saying I could go and collect the bike. Fast, efficient and high-quality service. When they heard I was going on a tour to Faro, they offered to help me via WhatsApp in case I ran into any further problems. I can recommend them with confidence. Great lads!
