We turned up at Biking Dordogne on spec after the shifter paddle on my road bike became stuck fast. We left it at Jean's workshop to investigate but within 15 minutes he had diagnosed and resolved the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable, easily negotiating my pidgin French with his superior English. His work was of a high standard and the charge was very reasonable. Thank you for rescuing our biking holiday, Jean and Nicolas! Highly recommended.
