Hello, I am Charlotte, 63 years old. My husband and I were visiting Bordeaux from the United Kingdom for the first time. Our return flight to the United Kingdom was booked with EasyJet. We arrived at Bordeaux Airport by taxi, and the driver dropped us off upstairs, possibly at Hall A. Since it was our first time at this airport, we were a bit worried because my husband has a broken leg and cannot walk quickly. We were also running late and could not find the correct terminal. Fortunately, a very kind Welcome Agent approached us and offered his help. We showed him our reservation for London, and he explained that we needed to be at a different terminal called Billi. At that moment, we had only 40 minutes left before our flight, and we were afraid we might miss it. This wonderful agent not only helped us find the Billi terminal to check in, but he also came back with us to Hall A and asked his colleague at security to give us priority access so we could pass quickly. Thanks to their kindness and support, everything went smoothly and we caught our flight without any problems. We are very grateful for the help we received. The agent was not only helpful but also a true gentleman. I would like to kindly suggest to the airport authorities to make the directions to the Billi terminal a little clearer for passengers. It can be a bit confusing, especially for first time visitors. Thank you very much, Bordeaux Airport, for a positive and memorable experience.
