Great landlord, really friendly, gave us some useful tips and suggested routes when we asked. Close to the castle, near car park P1. The bike was in great condition too. Highly recommended! Thanks, Antoine! Tip: download the Google Maps map of the region for offline use, as there isn’t always mobile coverage in the Chantilly forest! The bike hire went very smoothly. The bikes are good quality and well maintained. The manager also offers suggestions for cycle routes. My only regret is that it isn’t possible to properly import these routes into Google Maps and then get turn-by-turn directions: they show up on the map, but that’s all. It’s just a minor detail – everything else is brilliant!

My mountain bike was perfect! The one my husband had had a few issues. The manager is very friendly and helpful. He swapped our bikes for us whilst we were out and about. Thanks so much! Delivery and return service to the station!

Electric mountain bike in poor condition, rather poorly maintained. Tyres showing very heavy wear. The frame is creaking all over, but above all, the battery kept cutting out. We were forced to cut the ride short at 20 km.
