I discovered this shop on the recommendation of friends and family, and we’ve been there as a family on several occasions. As we’re not all at the same level (I’m a beginner, whilst the rest of my family are much more experienced), I really appreciated the warm welcome and the personalised advice tailored to each of us. The team really takes the time to listen, explain things and put you at ease, whatever your level. The most keen members of the family were also delighted and found exactly what they were looking for! The workshop, which is often in high demand, is very well-organised, professional and always meets deadlines. A wonderful experience that I’d definitely recommend!

I’ve been a customer at this shop for several years; I’ve bought two mountain bikes and a road bike there. The staff are very friendly and offer great advice, from the initial purchase right through to bike maintenance. I also appreciate their ability to introduce new products and innovations, and, above all, the staff always take the time to explain them to you in detail and with real enthusiasm. Recently, they introduced me to their new bike brand, Megamo, which I hadn’t heard of before and which looks very good. In short, a team of professionals who are passionate and attentive; I always enjoy visiting them and would highly recommend them.

I had a really good experience at this shop. I bought an Adris road bike and a helmet there, and I’m delighted with my choice. The staff are attentive and give good advice. I wouldn’t recommend this shop, particularly because of the manager’s behaviour (JULIEN, if I’m not mistaken). My dealings with the manager had already got off to a bad start back in July, when he was supposed to ring me back about a quote for a bike but never did! It was actually a former sales assistant who really made me want to shop at this shop again, as he took the time to explain and go into detail about the various techniques and specifications of the bikes – he was brilliant. Unfortunately, he’s no longer working at this shop. I’d bought a bike costing over €3,600 and went back to the shop the following week to order a spare part (today, in fact). The shop wasn’t very busy; the shop manager walked past me several times but didn’t even have the courtesy to say hello. He completely ignored me! That really made me wonder whether I was satisfied with my bike!… and I certainly had a story to tell… After riding it for 40 km, I got a puncture (really bad luck). Whilst trying to replace the inner tube, I attempted to remove the rear wheel. I broke the wheel axle because I inserted the spanner the wrong way round. That’s why I went back to the shop this morning to order that part. Whilst I was there, I learnt that I should have been given a wheel-removal spanner fitted to the axle… which Julien, the manager, had forgotten to give me. The mechanics kindly gave me one. Thank goodness the mechanics are there, offering courtesy, a listening ear and advice, both in terms of sales and technical matters.
