A spotless, welcoming and clean establishment. The energetic Matteo put us at ease straight away, along with his faithful dog Choco, who was always on the lookout for his beloved ball. What a wonderful place! Matteo is a lovely host who goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. The place is absolutely stunning, the surrounding countryside is extraordinary and there are superb walks to be had at every turn. As an added bonus, the nearby little town of Cagli is absolutely charming. We had a brilliant stay and highly recommend it to all travellers.

We stayed for two nights on business. You get there via back roads, but if you follow the directions on Google Maps, you can’t go wrong. It’s a renovated farmhouse, nestled in the peaceful countryside, ideal for those seeking tranquillity. The room we’d booked lived up to our expectations: clean, with an en-suite bathroom and tastefully furnished. The owners are helpful, welcoming, friendly and attentive to their guests’ needs. Highly recommended!

If you want to relax, this is the perfect place! And it’s very close to the beautiful towns of Perugia, Urbino and others. Matteo, the owner, will do everything he can to make sure you’re happy… and he’s still got plenty of work to do, especially outside. Come on, Matteo, keep at it! 💪 You cooked us a delicious ribeye steak – the barbecue was brilliant! 👍 We stayed in the flat, which really had everything we needed. If I could, I’d give the mattress 10 stars; we slept wonderfully well! I’m deducting one star for the facilities, which I’ll certainly add next time, due to technical issues that couldn’t be resolved during the holiday (the boiler – because whilst the fireplace, which heats everything, including the hot water, is brilliant in winter, it can be a bit of a nuisance in summer 😅). We’ll definitely be back! See you next time!

If you’re planning to stay here, you’re better off choosing a summer flat. A quiet and romantic spot, with a charming house. Not recommended during the colder months, as only the wood-burning fireplace works properly. The gas boiler (for hot water) and the electricity were constantly breaking down, which is particularly difficult with a young child. The owner has so far been uncooperative regarding any possible compensation.
