I am from Austria and was only in Lorient for a visit and needed to print out photo. The staff was very very kind and helpful to me and made my wishes of printing photos fast and easily come true. Furthermore the service was top and the staff was very understanding that I could not speak French. I would recommend!

Fourth visit to this shop. The last. The service depends entirely on the person you get, but contempt seems to be a constant. I had an old photo printed: a man about to be kissed by his cat. While it was being printed, the employee shouted comments across the shop such as: "It's disgusting," "The hygiene is appalling," and other similar remarks... loud enough for me to hear. Having an opinion is a right. Imposing it loudly, unfiltered, disrespectfully, and without the slightest emotional intelligence is professional misconduct. For your information, the man in this photo is my father, deceased. This image, taken on film in the 90s, is one of the only ones I have of him. I had it printed to give to a family member. He had a huge heart and a deep love for animals. Clearly, these are qualities that aren't part of your hiring criteria. I should also point out that I never once sought your employee's personal, moral, or even pseudo-hygienic opinion. I came for a printing service, not for a public humiliation. I'm only giving two stars because one of your colleagues shows some warmth and a modicum of empathy; proof that the problem isn't the job itself, but rather the people who practice it without understanding its fundamentals: respect, restraint, and decency.

Very disappointed with the service. I paid €49 for a sensor cleaning that wasn't done properly the first time. I had to go back to the store, and despite a second visit and waiting, there's still visible dust in my photos. For that price, you expect professional work and impeccable results. I do not recommend this service.

Very poorly received. Apparently judged based on the color of my wife's clothing… It's a shame because the shop is beautiful. To see this kind of behavior in 2026 is disheartening. (After seeing the response to the review) The owner is surely sincere and kind, but the person I spoke to in the store was absolutely unfriendly. Since I don't have any other options nearby, Amazon and Cdiscount will be perfect for purchases, and social media groups will be great for advice. Respectfully, Djem.
