"Bad weather" insurance: Available as an option at €5 per day per rented bike. In the event of heavy rain or bad weather classified as orange or red by Météo France, this insurance allows you to receive a full refund of your reservation. All cancellations must be made no later than the first day of the reservation and will be valid after receiving a response from us to consider your request processed. Select this option at the time of booking.
Cancellation conditions: No reservation cancellations. If you are unable to honor your rental on the scheduled day, a new date will be offered to you.
