• "Inclement Weather" Insurance: Available as an option for €5 per day per bike. In case of heavy rain or inclement weather classified as orange or red by Météo France, this insurance allows for a full refund of your reservation. Any cancellation must be made by the first day of reservation and will be valid after you have received a response from us to confirm your request has been processed. Select this option at the time of booking. 
• Cancellation policy: No cancellation of reservation. If you cannot honor your rental on the scheduled day, a new date will be proposed to you.
