A very good experience at Citibike Anglet. We’d ordered a bike with a delivery date originally scheduled for early April, which was eventually postponed. The team were attentive and responsive, quickly offering us an equivalent alternative that was available straight away. We were able to leave the same day with a bike that met our expectations, at the price originally quoted, and with a much-appreciated gesture of goodwill on top. A very bad experience. When I bought my electric bike, I was clearly told that the first service was free up to 700 km. When I went back today, a year later, I was finally told that this service was limited to 6 months… information that was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Let’s be honest: who gets their bike serviced after just 6 months? This condition makes no sense in practice and, above all, comes across as a sales pitch that will never be honoured. Changing the story once the bike has been sold is very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend them
