A very good experience at Citibike Anglet.
We’d ordered a bike with a delivery date originally scheduled for early April, which was eventually postponed. The team were attentive and responsive, quickly offering us an equivalent alternative that was available straight away.
We were able to leave the same day with a bike that met our expectations, at the price originally quoted, and with a much-appreciated gesture of goodwill on top.
Professionalism, a commitment to service and a willingness to find a solution for the customer: this is rare enough to be worth highlighting.
