We hired a selfie booth for our event, and overall, it worked very well. The guests loved it and the photo quality was excellent. However, we encountered a technical issue towards the end of the evening, and there was some misunderstanding with the supplier regarding this. Unfortunately, no gesture of goodwill was offered to make up for this, which is a bit disappointing. Despite this, we recommend the booth for its fun factor and effectiveness, but hope that improvements will be made to the customer service.
