We came here today with our two dogs not thinking that we would actually be able to hire a bike with a carrier for them both. We were wrong!! This extremely helpful couple sorted us out with 2 carriers, even tempting the dogs in with tasty treats. The dogs had an absolute ball considering it was their first time ever being pulled along. They got out near Annecy and swam in the lake too-so sorry for the wet blanket! Thank you so much for your excellent service

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The bikes are very well maintained, comfortable with thier wide seats and look great, especially the cruisers. We hired a pair of electric cruisers and a baby trailer for a morning ride to Annecy old town. Its worth the extra cost for electric as the whole ride was a breeze and basically no effort. Access to the cycle path is easy. We also parked our car with them while we rode. Fantastic service and fast checkout.
