I went to the store three times, and each time the two salespeople I spoke with were exceptionally professional. There was no pressure to buy, just helpful advice. The very friendly woman explained the differences in components on the bikes, and the gentleman I spoke with afterward was very professional. He let me try the bike I wanted, then another one that was slightly less expensive, so I could see how I felt on it. Thanks to him, I ultimately chose the second one because I was much more comfortable on it. A big thank you for this purchase and for your patience. I highly recommend this store. Serge.
