We stopped by on a Saturday with a small folding electric bike (not purchased from them) that had a major problem with the battery lock. The part was broken and it was impossible to find a replacement at the supplier. The shop manager spent half an hour showing us how to disassemble the frame to access it and trying to work with us to figure out the best way to repair the part, all the while knowing full well that he couldn't charge for the repair at all. A huge thank you and congratulations on this exceptional level of service; you're the best! 👏❤️🥇 I waited a while before posting this review so I could confirm that your technique had worked: I can now remove and replace the battery again! 🍾🥂 See you soon for the next service! 😇
