Outstanding service. Bikes were ready and in great condition. Quick equipment review and we were in our way. Had the bikes rented for 2 days and brought them back to the shop for overnight storage and charge. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Andrew Rogerson

Just returned the bikes after renting them for 4 days to cycle a part of the Loire valley. The customer service and quick response to emails was reassuring and very helpful. The bikes themselves were faultless, but you'll also be given a repair kit in case you are unfortunate enough to need it. Would absolutely recommend to anybody looking to hire a normal or e-bike.

We rented 3 bicycles for 8 days. They were perfect. The service and people were helpful and friendly. They went far in providing everything needed and checking to make sure the trip went well. I give them my unqualified recommendation.

Brendon Haggerty

These folks were so helpful and accommodating. We rented bikes for 5 family members (including a hard to find geared 20” bike for our 7-year-old) for a week-long trip from town to town through the Loire Valley. They set us up with everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our our needs were met. We appreciated that for a reasonable fee they came to retrieve our bikes from another town in their van at the end of the trip. Their good communication in English compensated for our poor French. Would gladly recommend to friends.

These two are the most patient, helpful and professional pair of business owners we've met. Glad we were their customers and hope others do the same. They didn't rush us out, gave us all the attention we needed, answered all our questions, and were as accommodating as could be. We'd gladly rent here again. Customer service is everything, and these guys nailed it.
