We hired two road bikes from Sebastian for a week in September, Scott Addict with 105 group sets. Bikes were in perfect condition, service was excellent. Shop is worth a visit when you are in the area. Highly recommended.

Really great service from this shop. We needed lots during our week from new tyres to new wheels and Christian got us back on the road really quickly and was very friendly and welcoming.

Great shop - so helpful. Let us use track pumps while out riding and went to a lot of trouble to order jersey in my size and posted on to UK when available. To be highly recommended

Top notch mechanics, stripped and rebuilt my freehub with no notice. Allowed me to continue my journey with minimal downtime. Very reasonable prices. An absolute saviour!

We booked bikes with Cyclin Pyrenees for 1 week in August 2024. From the outset I have to say that Sebastien was extremely helpful and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently.
When we arrived we were informed that the 2 bikes we had requested were no longer available and they would provide alternate bikes in our sizes which was fine as they were of a similar standard.
After 3 days the Di2 battery ran out on one of the bikes eventhough it had been fully charged before pick up. This meant lost time and a change of planned route for the day as my friend had to return to the shop to have it charged. This was bad enough but the same thing happened the following morning in Luz St. Saveur approx 15km away from the shop.
We tried 2 bike shops who strangely enough did not have a Di2 charger(??) before Tourmalet bike's came to the rescue and found that there was a problem with the Di2 battery discharging itself. Because Cyclin Pyrenees and Tourmalet bikes are known to each other they kindly offered us a replacement bike and arranged to have the faulty one collected by Cyclin Pyrenees.
This incident cost us over an hour in the morning and meant that we ended up climbing the Tourmalet in the midday heat which was not ideal but better than not going at all.
Having said that it was good to see cooperation between the two shops to get us back on the road.
The faulty battery was replaced and we were able to pick up the bike on the same evening and proceed with our planned ride the following morning without issue.
If it weren't for this issue I'd give Cyclin Pyrenees a 5 star rating but they are worthy of 4 stars for the manner in which they worked with Tourmalet bikes to get us going. I'd have no hesitation in recommending either shop for anyone planning to hire a bike in the Argelès-Gazost or Luz St. Saveur areas. Happy cycling!
