Fantastic experience with bike rental! I rented a road bike through their website for 2 days. When I reached out to the store via email about making sure the rented bike was the correct size, Sébastien was fantastic and very responsive. Flat repair kit and Spd-SL pedals were included. Pick up and drop off was very easy; Sébastien was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off the bike outside store hours. He also gave fantastic route recommendations.

Sebastian is extremely helpful. I didn't need any service as I was picking up some gels but he asked what kind of ride I had planned for the following day and he gave me some great advice on routes based on my riding style. Local knowledge is pure gold especially if you're on a time sensitive holiday break. Merci beaucoup!

My husband arranged e-bike rentals for our upcoming visit to the Pyrenees from our home in Colorado via email. Sebastian was responsive and helpful with the whole process. Sebastien was great to deal with before and during our trip. Quick response and easy to arrange bike rental. Pick up was quick and easy, a small issue with one of the bikes was quickly resolved a few days in, and he even came to collect the bikes back on a day when the bike shop was closed.
