Sebastien was great to deal with before and during our trip. Quick response and easy to arrange bike rental. Pick up was quick and easy, a small issue with one of the bikes was quickly resolved a few days in, and he even came to collect the bikes back on a day when the bike shop was closed. Great to deal with, would highly recommend.

Sebastian is extremely helpful. I didn't need any service as I was picking up some gels but he asked what kind of ride I had planned for the following day and he gave me some great advice on routes based on my riding style. We rented a bike from Cyclin Pyrenees to ride stage 6 of the tdf. Service was amazing, the staff were friendly and the bikes are top quality. Thank you Sebastien, we had an incredible day out in the mountains.

These guys are awesome. Can't recommend highly enough. I came in with a complicated bike issue mid way through a club cycling trip. David's experience and expertise as a mechanic was excellent. And his grasp of English way better than my French. When it became clear that, despite best efforts to repair, my bike wasn't going to survive three more days in the mountains, they were able to rent me a mint condition SL7 at short notice that was simply the best hire bike I've ever ridden and saved me from what would otherwise have been a disaster. Thank you! Chapeau!
