**An absolutely outstanding online shopping experience**
I do about 80 per cent of my shopping online. I particularly appreciate online shopping for the time it saves, the freedom of choice, and the chance to compare products at my leisure so I can make the best possible choice.
But to date, I have never come across an online retailer — or indeed, even a high-street retailer — that is as committed to customer satisfaction as CZN-Machinery.
It all starts with a clear, well-designed website that makes it easy to understand the products and options without getting lost. Then there’s the personal support, and frankly, that’s of the very highest standard.
A big thank you to Matthieu, the sales representative, who really does everything he can to ensure the purchase is a confident, reliable and satisfying experience… and even a pleasure. You can tell he’s not just trying to sell a mini-excavator, but to make sure the customer makes the right choice and is fully satisfied.
Thanks also to Sarah, in the office, who makes sure everything is well organised to guarantee delivery under the best possible conditions. It’s reassuring, smooth, professional, and it makes all the difference.
The delivery was also exemplary: the delivery drivers didn’t hesitate to set off at 5.30 am to make the journey from Toulouse to the east of Nice and deliver the mini-excavator directly to my home, within the agreed time slot. Even for small items, the choice of delivery providers is reliable and efficient.
In short, an end-to-end experience just as we’d like every order to be: clear, personable, professional, swift and reassuring.
I haven’t needed to use the after-sales service yet, but given the dedication of the people I’ve spoken to, I have no doubt that the service will be up to scratch – whether under warranty or not – should I ever need it.
I’m really very satisfied with my purchase of the LEITE CL12E Electric Mini-Excavator and with the overall experience. My only regret? That their catalogue isn’t even more extensive when it comes to garden and outdoor equipment, because, honestly, I’d already love to repeat the experience.
