Run away!!! This man is withholding documents! He refused to send us the survey report and has also failed to respond to the solicitor’s request. We were unable to sign the preliminary agreement and have lost our buyers… He was fully aware of the situation and hung up on us yesterday. We’re meeting our solicitor next week to initiate legal proceedings to claim compensation for the damage he has caused us, as well as to have the survey redone. We won’t let this go. A word of advice: get a proper surveyor, not just anyone who claims to be a professional!!
