We came in off season and my bike broke on arrival. Franck graciously opened up his shop to us when it was closed, tried to repair my bike and when that was impossible, rented a comparable bike saving our trip. He was so accommodating and his rentals are top quality. I highly recommend this bike shop!

The best day ever, Franck changed our day hire willingly to beat the heat, we did 50km through the beautiful Epernay vineyards, both e bikes were perfect, Franck dropped them off at our AirBNB & picked them up at the end of the day, 5 star service, merci Franck

We had a really good experience renting our electric bikes with Franck! The language barrier did not stop us from successfully renting the bikes for a day and with the help of hotel staff from our accommodation we were able to communicate with each other. Franck delivered our bikes in the morning and picked them up again in the evening. The bikes were perfect and just what we needed to have a nice day in the Champagne region. If we are in the area again we would book again in no time and I can only recommend it!

What an excellent place for a bike ride. Watch out, as it is very steep and hilly in the champagne region. I would recommend an electric bike. The store was easy to find via google. For warning, please call the store or make a reservation online before arriving. It’s possible the employees are on delivery. Thank you so much. Easy in and easy out.
