Version 1 – Short and simple Excellent shop with very friendly staff. I stopped during a motorcycle journey with a handlebar issue, and the mechanic came outside to help me straight away. He quickly sorted the problem and even refused any payment. Outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. Version 2 – Warmer and more personal I can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and help. While travelling on my motorcycle, I stopped with a handlebar problem and the mechanic came out to assist me immediately. He fixed the issue quickly and would not accept any payment. Genuine, friendly people and excellent service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and professional help.

Bikes are well maintained and the owner and the staff is very kind and helpful. We rented a Cervelo roadbike to climb Passo Pordoi and then extended the rent with an e-bike for my fiance too to dicover the valley to Moena! AMAZING!!!!! Grazie mile!!!!

Excellent service! The chainring on my Bosch e-bike motor had come loose during my ride. I stopped by DeTomas Shop and they fixed it immediately, quickly and professionally. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me back on the trail in no time. It’s great to find a bike shop that is so helpful, especially when you’re on holiday. Highly recommended for anyone cycling in the Dolomites!

Very good e-bikes rent service The bikes was great and every day clean and charge they also took in custody our own bikes Friendly and available to suggest best tours and advices. We had a problem with one e-bikes and they offered solution to repair on another shop but we didn’t because of lunch time close so finally they offered us a discount Really appreciated Highly recommended

Awesome service in finding a nut and screw for my binding as the original screw went missing in the middle of the slope. Some laugher, some great tips and all of a sudden I was ready to go boarding again as everything was done. Solid work, and for sure the place to go with all your problems.
