What a special experience! I am a young solo female traveler and felt very comfortable doing this ride which was so adventurous and stunning. Alexis was so accommodating and has incredible customer service. The e-bike was very comfortable and made it easy to travel further than I thought I could. He customizes your route depending on where you want to visit, and you follow it on Google Maps. Don’t hesitate to book!

Absolutely loved this bike ride. The route was beautiful, easy to follow and such a lovely way to explore the area. Had a few little issues with Google maps but Alexis was there to provide instant assistance. A really enjoyable experience and highly recommended. Pick up and drop off very easy and professional.

What a great day out and an experience! E-bikes are fun and give you the ability to explore further than you might have dreamed possible. Alex dropped of the bike and collected, provided timely responses, really I could not be happier with the total experience. It was a fun day out even as a solo traveller.

Great experience near Colmar. Thé bike functions perfectly and thé tracks are awesome! Great way to experience nature! Very much enjoyed this experience and higly considerring buying one of these MTB's myself!

We had a fantastic experience renting e-bikes through Alexis and Dopamine Bike Rental. The pickup process was easy, the bikes were high-performing, and they were perfect for a full day of riding. We were also set up with everything we needed — helmets, gloves, and bags — which made it really easy to head out for 10+ hours without worrying about anything. A big thank you to Alexis as well — the customer service and support were excellent throughout. Friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel smooth from start to finish. I’d absolutely rent through him again. His maps and routes were incredible!
