I'm really disappointed with the repair price. They charge €40 for the estimate, but they don't tell you verbally that they'll completely dismantle the lawnmower engine because it's written in tiny print on the estimate—you practically need a magnifying glass to see it, being nearsighted. And the estimate doesn't even specify the quantity needed for a lawnmower engine. Now that everything's disassembled, I can't take it anywhere else for repairs. You really need to do your research before getting it repaired there, and especially ask for a detailed price quote.

Quote: €240 for a complete carburetor disassembly, which they didn't even reinstall (even though I only asked them to change the primer bulb) unless they did the work themselves, which was outrageously expensive. In short, a kit on Amazon for €18 and a YouTube tutorial saved me €200. In short, a bad experience with this company that won't last long with such exorbitant prices.

Quote for repairing a broken lawnmower... he looked up the price of parts on a website, entered the part number, and doubled the price in the quote, resulting in a huge bill. The price of a new lawnmower. Shameful... avoid at all costs.

They came to pick up a ride-on mower that wouldn't start after three weeks, and they returned with a bill for over €500. On the first attempt at mowing, it moved 15 meters and then emitted a huge cloud of white smoke. I looked at the breakdown of the bill: maintenance plus replacement of a part costing less than €10 (solenoid). €500 for maintenance on a mower that doesn't work! I went back to see them, and we agreed to convert my bill into a deposit for a used ride-on mower. I called the manager today; he was unavailable. Still no news. It smells like a scam. Avoid this place! The mechanic must be a plumber, in my opinion.
