We rented 4 bikes from the shop to ride to the Col du Galibier to watch the Tour de France. The staff is incredible! Nice, knowledgeable and very flexible, even showing up for work a bit early so we could get out on the road sooner. Their inventory of bikes to rent is amazing, and very high end with super reasonable prices. We rented three high-end carbon road bikes with Di2 electronic shifting and an Ebike and all were in fantastic shape, brand new even, and we had zero problems. It was an incredible day, thanks to the staff at the shop who helped make it all so easy. Their location in the French Alps is convenient, very close to the train station and plaza for getting food before and after. This is the shop you want for bike rentals in the French Alps!

Hired a couple of road bikes for a few days cycling the local Cols and delighted with the service from dVelos (St Jean de Maurienne). Pick up and drop off times arranged to suit our flights, top spec bikes (Trek and Lapierre) expertly set up and good to go and just a great and easy experience all round. Highly recommend dVelos and St Jean de Maurienne as a base.

Friendly and efficient service. Bikes were in great condition. They spent the time to make sure everything was right (sizing, pedals, computers). Easy pick up and return on the rental. Will definitely rent from them again. Great guys.

Excellent bike store. Fixed two issues on my bike on separate days. Loose headset and leaky tubeless tire. Also bought some nutrition and some gloves and socks. Well stocked store with everything you need and super helpful.

We hired four bikes from this shop in June. The guys in the shop were great, really friendly and attentive, making sure we had our seats at the right height before we left the shop. All the bikes were of good quality and we had no trouble with them. The bikes came with spare tubes, helmets and pumps. We weren’t able to pick the bikes up the night before but that was fair enough as we hadn’t paid for them until the morning. Just mentioned so others know. The shop has quite a bit of kit you can buy, souvenirs, jerseys, bottles, socks, gels etc. overall a great experience.
