Ben was above and beyond helpful. He fixed my bike and my two friends each rented a bike here to have an amazing day out. Thanks!

Friendly, efficient hire process, great material, well explained. Loan of puncture gear and cute border collie. Hint : throw the ball.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating; they urgently repaired a broken spoke during my trip, which saved me and allowed me to continue my journey.
