Fantastic service and stunning scenery! What a truly lovely day Matt was so kind and helpful; we’ve had a lovely day exploring quiet roads and tracks up into the hills with incredible views - really cannot recommend enough - not least as the E bikes are so easy. There’s really no excuse no matter what your level of cycling!

Exceptional, very friendly guys who go out their way to help you. Whether you want MTB/gravel/road or a mix, they can create a custom GPS route for you to follow on a device that they put on your handlebars. This was so helpful as there are loads of MTB trails!
The eMTB’s we hired were top spec, well maintained, fairly priced and there are other types of bikes too.
Can’t recommend enough!

Our group of 6 hired e-bikes for the day; it was so convenient to have them delivered to our hotel, and we were shown how to use and ensure we were happy before setting off. The bikes had a long range (40k) on the battery, and were more than enough for our needs. Everyone found them easy to use and they provided good power when needed. Mathieu was very happy to assist when we booked with a suitable route for us. It was also really easy to phone when we were back at the hotel to have them collected, without having to commit and stick to a set time. Very friendly helpful staff!

We had an amazing experience working with Easy Vélo Carcassonne. Mathieu and Florian made the entire process very simple, they were communicative and delivered our bikes which was incredibly convenient. The bikes were excellent and allowed my entire family to explore parts of the Aude region that would normally have been inaccessible to our group.
I would highly recommend using Easy Velo Carcassonne for any of your biking needs in the Carcassonne region!
Merci beaucoup!
