I hired an e-bike from Alessandro at ‘ebike siena’ in early October 2025, and everything exceeded my expectations. It’s worth noting that this is the second time I’ve hired an e-bike in Siena. The big difference?
At ‘ebike siena’:
1) I paid half the price I would have paid at other shops.
2) Accessories, such as a helmet and panniers, were included.
3) The e-bike was in excellent condition, unlike the one I’d hired elsewhere, whose chain broke whilst I was far from the city and I had to take a taxi back (not cool at all!).
The “ebike siena” shop is located at the far west end of the city, but if you’re looking for a reliable, inexpensive, good-quality bike, I’d recommend heading there.
