She treated me very badly. I was asking her questions about some products and she shoved her phone in my face; she simply didn’t want to talk to me. I said, ‘All right, I’ll leave you in peace,’ and she replied, ‘All right. ’ 🤣 She was a very unpleasant elderly woman with medium-length curly hair.

The website and customer service are appalling. You buy a product that’s in stock, they don’t let you know when it’s out of stock, they cancel part of your order and they don’t seem to mind in the slightest. What’s more, they give you the runaround on the phone; you can return the item, but you have to pay the postage yourself.

I ordered some eau de cologne on 20 September (with express delivery). It was supposed to arrive within two days, and it’s now 26 September. I’m still being told it will be delivered around the 30th, even though the day before I was assured it would arrive today. Don’t buy from them; they’re not reliable and it looks very much like a scam.
