GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ELECTRIC SCOOTERS

1. Age requirements

The use of electric scooters is strictly reserved for individuals aged:

At least 14 years old.

The provider reserves the right to refuse any service without justification.

2. Mandatory safety equipment

• Helmet required for all users, without exception.
  
• High visibility vest required in case of:
  
• night riding
  
• poor visibility (rain, fog, low light)
  

Failure to observe these obligations fully engages the user's responsibility.

3. User's responsibility

The user acknowledges:

• being fit to ride an electric scooter
  
• complying with the current traffic legislation
  
• using the equipment in a cautious and responsible manner
  

Any violation, accident, or damage caused is the user's responsibility.

4. Liability and damages

The user is responsible:

• for damages caused to the equipment
  
• for theft or loss of the scooter
  
• for damages caused to third parties
  

A deposit will be required before use.

5. Proper use

It is strictly prohibited:

• to transport multiple people on one scooter
  
• to ride in prohibited areas
  
• to use the scooter under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  

6. Acceptance of terms

Any use implies full acceptance of these general conditions.
