I bought a ride-on mower, which was delivered on time, but after one mowing session, the reverse gear became extremely temperamental. After a visit from the mechanic, I managed to mow without major problems, despite the reverse gear engaging intermittently. On Friday, the final straw: it got stuck in a corner and wouldn't reverse, forcing me to get off the machine and push it, practically on my own. I called Esprit Motoculture, who politely told me I needed help and that they would contact me again on Tuesday. In the meantime, I'm on my own, which is what I gathered. Three mowings and a thousand euros down the drain. A word to the wise: if you're disabled, steer clear.
