We were on a bike trip from Germany to Spain and I hat noise on my bike which kame from the the geabox. I looked for a bike shop and vour Europe Velos. A young mechanique looked at the bike and immediatly directed into the right direction. I waited some minutes and he called me in an showed what happended. Then he adjusted the entire bike - just based on his profound knowledge. Soon we were able to continue our trip. A couple from Germany say thank you for the profound level of expertise, kindliness and spontaneous help. You saved our trip. Merci Beaucoup.
