A huge thank you to eZee Suisse sàrl for their warm welcome and professionalism! I came in with a minor issue on my electric scooter—two screws that needed replacing—and everything was sorted out in just a few minutes. Both the receptionist and the workshop staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, and truly attentive. I immediately felt at ease, as if we'd known each other for ages. It's rare to find such a personal and efficient service. I highly recommend them!

Very friendly team and fast service. Professional and detailed billing. The shop doesn't look like much, but as soon as you enter the basement, it's large, bright, and full of bikes, wheels, and accessories. The workshop is well-stocked but organized. I don't think the website does justice to the place or the service.
