Michael and I took the bikes in Rennes and returned them 3 days later in Saint Malo. Needless to mention, the landscape along the Rance canal was an absolute dream. The bikes were excellent (one pedal assisted and one gravel). The super professional and kind service offered by Clothilde was outstanding. Every question replied almost immediately and explanations about the bikes helped our bike journey. The fact we could leave the bikes in Saint Malo made all the difference. I met a very friendly and professional team. The bike is comfortable and very easy to handle. I'm going for a short ride this afternoon to get used to the road, as a new cyclist... while putting into practice, of course, the handling tips we received this Wednesday morning. I thought I knew how to ride a bike like everyone else, but a few reminders were very welcome.

We rented a cargo bike from FenX Mobility for our wedding weekend. As cycling enthusiasts, we wanted a wedding outing that reflected our passion (the groom taking the bride on a ride). The team was very friendly and helpful, readily answering our questions (for example, providing a diagram of the bike to help the florists prepare for its decoration). Upon delivery, they took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the bike to avoid any surprises. We were therefore completely satisfied with our rental.
