The vineyards, cultivated with international grape varieties like Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Syrah, and Mediterranean varieties such as Ansonica and Moscato, produce elegant and fruity wines, full of minerals from the Suvereto terroir.

We start from the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima, one of the jewels of the Etruscan Coast, with its stone streets, ancient towers, and panoramic views that embrace the entire coast. A start that is worth the trip on its own.

The route continues along scenic roads in the Tuscan hills, where each bend reveals a breathtaking view: the shimmering Gulf of Follonica in the distance, with the silhouettes of the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago — Elba, Giglio, Capraia — suspended between sky and sea.

As we descend towards Suvereto, the landscape becomes even more enchanting: the path passes by a historic tuff quarry, a silent testimony to centuries of history and craftsmanship, one of those places that only those who take things slowly can discover.

Arriving at Tenuta Casadei is an experience in the pure heart of Maremma: we ride through the vineyards on e-bikes, among the orderly rows and the scent of the earth, to reach one of the most fascinating wineries in the area.
