Very nice people, helped me out of a bad situation where my wife’s bike was blowing tires before a bike packing event. They picked me up and re-taped the wheel rim and put a new tire on. Enabled us to get back on the road quickly. Very grateful for their rapid service!

Very satisfied — I had an emergency with a broken chain, and the guys were very welcoming and happy to help. Stefano is a super nice and funny guy. They have equipment and parts for MTB, e-bikes, gravel bikes, etc. 100% recommended!

My husband and I took a guided tour with Francesco who was very patient with our inexperience. Led us through beautiful landscapes and all the way to Populonia a real challenge. Super fun day! Stéfano was also ready to help with recommendations on bike routes and bike use. Definitely, worth the time and money. Would highly recommend.
