Steel Lawn Roller - 45CM

45 cm wide steel lawn roller by REVEX, equipped with a cleaning scraper for the steel cylinder. This lawn roller can be weighted with water or sand, and its steel handle is detachable.

Rolling your lawn helps flatten the ground, especially after winter, when the soil surface tends to heave due to freezing and thawing.

You should only need to do this once a year, ideally in spring right after your first mowing to promote the tillering of grasses.

Tillering is the process by which grasses develop numerous stolons from the same seedling, forming dense tufts.

Regularly rolling your lawn will help it to grow and obtain denser tufts.

However, we advise you to never roll your lawn on frozen ground, as you might damage the grasses by making them brittle.

Also, avoid rolling the lawn on overly dry or waterlogged soil. 

This allows you to flatten the lawn and lift grasses that have been disturbed by mowing.
