We went to Giant in Sélestat to buy a new mountain bike for my young son. Michel, who really knows his stuff, gave us excellent advice on choosing the right model and bike size. He was professional, friendly and gave very good advice. I’d recommend him.

A big thank you to Michel and his team for their professionalism... At the start of January, I took my e-bike back to them – it had been serviced in December by a major sports retailer, who had botched the job... I picked up my bike yesterday, got back on it today and it’s brilliant – the brakes are working again and it’s not squeaking any more!!! Thank you for your hard work and for going the extra mile.

I was very disappointed with Giant Sélestat’s after-sales service. Despite my reports of rattling noises and play in the frame, they returned the bike to me saying that everything was fine. A second opinion from a rival retailer revealed several genuine problems, including a manufacturing fault. It’s a shame that their professionalism seems to disappear once the sale is complete. If you need repairs, look elsewhere.
