The most helpful and friendly bike shop you could wish to come across! The mechanic identified the issue with my SRAM Rival front derailleur and then when he didn't have the replacement piece, called around multiple other nearby bike shops until I could find one to fix it. Would highly recommend.

Do not bring your bike here unless it is the brand “Giant”. They will not work on any other brand.
I made an appointment through email because my French is not yet conversational. I brought my bike inside where the woman told me they “can’t be responsible to fix my bike.” She continues to tell me the “bicycles bought on the internet are not safe”. She was sorry bought would not even touch my bike. It’s fresh out of the box and to my knowledge has nothing wrong but I wanted a professional to tighten up anything I missed and to adjust the front brake as it was rubbing. Any bike mechanic should be able to do this. But, these people will not.
